WELL, This is my first blog. Excuse grammatical errors.
Today was an easy running day. Two miles. Eight minute pace. Simple. My legs still hurt after a failed attempt to run 60 miles last weekend at the Delano 12 hour race. 12 hours. One mile loop. Do it as many times as you can. I envy people like Jamie Donaldson that can go out and run the WHOLE RACE. Its crazy intense. I've got nothing to say, and no races to report. Just plans for the future.
I've decided it would be a very intelligent idea to start -training- for races. Something I've never really gotten into. I'm planning for an easy 5 to 10 tomorrow, followed by speedwork next Thursday and 18-20 next Saturday. Easy runs dispersed between, of course.
